Crocus alert

Published by Owner at 5:56 pm under Uncategorized

In a week filled with new beginnings, we’re happy to report that the winds of change seem to have blown away the cold in Rehoboth. No blossoms yet, but the first green of spring has arrived.

We are of course getting ready for the Super Bowl, which means we hope to have a new flat-screen TV in place next weekend. Can a dryer be far behind?

If you’d like a pre-summer beach fix, think about visiting Rehoboth for Mardi Gras, when visitors can taste specialties in a variety of restaurants and vote for their favorites. For more on that try this:  gumboinformation

After that, it’s the Chocolate Festival March 7.

219 New Castle is available through the spring and for spring vacation. This year, for weekends or for your beach week, we can also help you arrange a catered meal for as many people as you’d like. Gary Papp, longtime chef at The Buttery in Lewes, now runs his own catering service and will be happy to prepare a menu for parties small or large.

In light of the economy, we’ve held our prices at last year’s levels. We hope to see many of our friends from last year, but our summer weeks are filling up fast. Please don’t delay!
