About our house
Our house has 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen and dining room, living room, and a TV room with roomy couch. There is also a screened-in back porch, a large back yard and back patio with Jacuzzi, grill and an outdoor shower.
It’s a great size for families or groups and sleeps 10 comfortably. Pets are welcome with an additional deposit.
We are two and a half blocks (0.3 miles) from the ocean, and about 5 blocks from the downtown restaurants and shops. We’re also about 2 blocks from Silver Lake, which has a great bridge for fishing or feeding the ducks and turtles and a tot lot nearby.
The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine, toaster and blender. Tableware and silverware are provided. The TV room has a TV and DVD player, plus a variety of games and books for all ages. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. We have one parking spot in the driveway and include 2 street parking passes with the rental.
