Off-Season Rentals
Our house is available for rent throughout the year. We consider October through April to be our off-season.
Fall is a beautiful time at the beach, and there are events almost every weekend including Greyhounds Reach the Beach (in Dewey), Autumn Jazz, Sea Witch, Punkin Chunkin and the Independent Film Festival.
Festival weeks and weekends are $450/night for the first two nights and $250/nights for additional nights. Non-festival weekends in October and November are $400/night for the first two nights and $250/night for additional nights .
Please call or use the Inquire page to contact us for our winter rates (December through April) or for more information. We can typically be quite flexible during the off-season, though it may be difficult for us to accommodate last minute requests. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are available.
