A non-refundable, $500 deposit is required to secure your reservation and to take the house off the market. Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit checks clear, and we will deposit checks in the order received, regardless of any email or phone communication. Please understand that this is the only way we can be fair to all potential renters. All deposit checks will be returned immediately if your desired week is unavailable.
To secure your reservation, please download and complete the form below. Please sign both the first page (the deposit agreement) and the third page (rental policies). Your full address is necessary to return the signed contract as well as the security deposit following the rental. While our “first come, first served” policy is based on receipt of the deposit and signed agreement, completing the Inquiry Form will give us your correct contact information and allow us to keep an eye out for your mail.
Return the signed document with the $500, non-refundable deposit. When the deposit check clears, a copy of the agreements, signed by the owner, will be returned.
The full rental amount, cleaning fee, rental tax, and any additional deposit or fees are due 4 weeks before arrival. At that point, the deposit already paid will become the refundable security deposit.
